FunPost Studio Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PHARMACIE CONFLUENCE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when creators use FunPost Studio.
1. Who operates FunPost Studio
FunPost Studio is operated by PHARMACIE CONFLUENCE. Privacy and data-protection questions may be sent to MosinskiMaya76@outlook.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process: account identifiers, nickname, profile image and publishing permissions returned after you authorize a connected platform; access and refresh tokens needed to provide the requested account connection; video files selected from your device; captions, hashtags, privacy choices, interaction settings and content disclosures; post identifiers, processing status and error information; device, browser, IP address, security logs and session information; and messages you send to our support address.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate creators; identify the connected creator account; display current publishing permissions; preview and validate selected videos; submit content only after the creator’s express approval; display publishing status; maintain security; prevent misuse; troubleshoot technical problems; respond to requests; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Connected-account authorization
We do not ask for or collect your connected-platform password. Authorization occurs through the platform’s own authorization interface. You may disconnect your account in FunPost Studio and may also revoke access through the connected platform’s account settings. Disconnecting stops future access but does not remove content already submitted to the destination platform.
5. Video and caption content
You retain responsibility for the content you select. In the current direct-upload flow, a selected file is temporarily processed to validate and transmit it. Temporary server files are deleted after the publishing attempt. The destination platform separately processes submitted content under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform the service you request, based on your consent for account authorization and publishing, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We may share information with the destination platform when you request publication; hosting, security, storage and technical service providers acting for us; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety or the service. We do not sell connected-account passwords, and we do not collect those passwords.
8. International processing
Our service providers and connected platforms may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Retention
We retain account-connection information while the connection remains active, operational and security records for as long as reasonably necessary, and support correspondence as needed to resolve the request. Temporary uploaded files are deleted after the publishing attempt. Some information may be retained longer where required for security, disputes or law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side credential handling, restricted access and secure transport on production deployments. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may disconnect an authorized account and choose not to submit content. Instructions are available on our Data Requests page.
12. Children
FunPost Studio is not directed to children below the minimum age required by the connected platform or applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of those requirements.
13. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, law or our practices. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to MosinskiMaya76@outlook.com.
