FunPost Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FunPost Studio, operated by PHARMACIE CONFLUENCE. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FunPost Studio provides tools that allow authentic creators to connect their own authorized account, select an original comedy video, preview it, edit a caption, choose publishing settings, expressly approve the submission and view processing status.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the age, location and account requirements of every connected platform. You may use only an account you own or are authorized to control.

3. Creator control and consent

You are responsible for reviewing the connected account, video, caption, privacy setting, interaction choices and disclosures before publishing. FunPost Studio begins transmitting content only after you complete the required confirmation and publishing action.

4. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, validate, process, transmit and display it only as necessary to operate the service. You represent that you own or have all permissions needed for the video, audio, music, images, performances, names, trademarks and other material you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, violent-extremist or otherwise prohibited content; copy arbitrary content from another platform without authorization; add or distribute unwanted promotional watermarks; evade platform restrictions; automate fake engagement; compromise accounts or systems; introduce malware; or violate applicable law or a connected platform’s rules.

6. Commercial and AI disclosures

You are responsible for accurately identifying promotional, paid, branded or AI-generated content when a disclosure is required. Selecting a disclosure does not guarantee that the connected platform will accept or publish the content.

7. Connected platforms

FunPost Studio is an independent creator tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the destination platform. Authorization, review, processing, visibility, music rules, rate limits, account actions and platform availability are controlled by the destination platform and its policies.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, technical, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee that every submission will be processed, accepted or made public.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect an authorized account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations, security risks, legal requirements or conduct that threatens users, platforms or the service.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, platform account action or failure of a third-party platform. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and the service, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
